Created by Michelin starred celebrity Chef Gary Rhodes OBE, the new menu offers diners a modern take on quintessentially British cuisine and has been designed to provide guests with a selection of mouthwatering dishes, perfect for those looking for a little indulgence.

Visit Rhodes Mezzanine and begin your culinary journey with a divine selection of gastronomic delights including Crab and baby spinach lasagna with crushed parsnips and hazelnut velouté and Scallop soup with buttered leeks, seared scallop and crispy shallots.
For mains, choose from an impressive selection of dishes including: sumptuous Fillet of John Dory, stir fried shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and scallops or Roast Fillet of Beef with a snail, garlic and parsley risotto or a succulent Braised Squab Pigeon with white asparagus and rich lemon gravy. Other choices cooked to perfection include: Pan-fried Red Mullet with spring onion champ potatoes, tomato, shrimp and herb dressing.
Finally, indulge yourself with an array of tantalizing desserts on offer including Gary Rhodes' signature Bread and Butter Pudding which continues to retain its rightful place on the menu.
